Our Preschool Program offers care starting from infancy, as early as 6 weeks, all the way through VPK. We offer children a warm, congenial and loving atmosphere, giving parents the security of mind that their child is being cared for and nurtured while they’re here.
We provide developmentally appropriate curriculum for each age group and ensure that every child is able to obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive during their early years of education.
Our Curriculum begins in the morning with ‘Circle Time’. Teachers use this time to review important material with children (numbers and counting, abc’s, shapes, colors, social studies, patriotism/civics, etc.) in English and Spanish. Afterwards, each classroom follows their academic lesson plan throughout the rest of the day.
Students’ classwork is sent home every Friday. Take a moment to review with your child the activities that they have completed over the course of each week. Doing so will allow you to see what your child is learning, as well as the opportunity to reinforce what they have learned so far. Children will benefit immensely from being able to build relationships between what they learn in school and their daily activities outside of school. In addition, this will also allow them to retain the knowledge acquired.
Lunch is provided Monday – Thursday. Our nutritious and well-balanced lunches consist of a hot meal served with a side of fruit and vegetables. Children are required to bring lunch from home on Friday’s only. We urge parents to not pack anything that needs to be microwaved or refrigerated.
Healthy snacks are provided daily (Monday-Friday) in the morning and in the afternoon.
